This symposium is designed for pediatric and neonatal hospitalists, pediatricians, family practice physicians, emergency medicine physicians, residents and allied health professionals who participate in the care and management of sick children and neonates.
Experts from around the country will convene to lecture on a variety of subjects including: pediatric surgical and neonatal emergencies, shock, antibiotic resistance, pain management, inflammatory bowel disease, and much more.

As inpatients, children and their families benefit from the most advanced treatment methods available and our team's expert, compassionate, family-centered care. Our hospitalists work in partnership with referring pediatricians during a child's hospitalization. These board-certified pediatricians are available in the pediatric units around the clock and coordinate all inpatient care including subspecialty appointments, procedures, tests and transport. Working as a team, hospitalists provide consistent health care, in-going communication and organized discharge/follow-up referring physicians.
